Before we suggest a single place, we want to understand what you enjoy, how you like to spend a day and what would make the trip feel worthwhile.
Balance places and travel time
Costa Rica's mountain roads make distances deceptive. We choose fewer bases, connect them sensibly and are honest about how long each move takes.
Choose places to stay with care
Where you sleep shapes what you experience. We look for places with a sense of where they are, matched to your taste and budget.
Plan for the real country
Seasons, park opening days, wildlife cycles, sea conditions: we build them into the plan so the itinerary works in practice, not just on paper.
Leave room
The best days often have nothing in them. We plan guided time and unplanned time with equal care.

    You receive a tailored itinerary proposal: a suggested route, places to stay and experiences, with the reasoning behind each choice.

    We adjust the details with you until the plan feels right. Nothing is confirmed until you're ready to go ahead.

Do you sell fixed packages?

No. The journeys on this site are examples of how a trip might fit together. Every itinerary we propose is designed for the people travelling.

Can I book online?

There's no online booking. Planning begins with an inquiry, and nothing is confirmed until you've agreed a proposal and are ready to go ahead.

How far ahead should I get in touch?

As early as you can, particularly for December to April and holiday periods, when the most sought-after places to stay fill up. Shorter notice is still worth asking about.

How much does a trip cost?

It depends on the length of the trip, the season, where you stay and how you travel between regions. Sharing a budget range with your inquiry helps us suggest what's realistic, and costs are set out clearly in your proposal.

Can you plan for families or a special occasion?

Tell us who's travelling, including children's ages, and what the trip is for. Pace, places to stay and activities all change with the group.
